Virtual employees are unnamed: an endpoint and a role, nothing more. The characters below are a narrative skin over that roster — a face for the customer, the contractor, and the executive who grew up on the same stories. A character name never appears on an agent card or the operational surface. The seat is what binds; the story is what helps.
